We are a dedicated group of Tai Chi instructors. We offer our services privately and also in collaboration with the Fresno PARCs Department.

Tai Chi for Health promotes balance physically, mentally and spiritually. This ancient practice engages us fully to enhance our wellness and community engagement. You will learn from experienced instructors, some who have over 30 years of teaching experience. We embrace the Yang and Sun styles to foster health and mindfulness.
